DESIGN + PLANNING

This project’s scope included supplying and installing basketball backstops, scoreboards, wall padding, bleachers, and maple flooring. A key design element was incorporating custom graphics throughout the facility, enhancing the gym’s aesthetic appeal and reinforcing school spirit.

One of the biggest challenges was the fast-paced nature of the project, requiring efficient coordination and execution. We collaborated closely with LAI Construction Management in Fort Myers, FL, as well as our trusted suppliers—Porter Athletic, Nevco, Horner, and Interkal—to ensure a smooth planning process and timely delivery of materials.

Given the expedited schedule, additional crew was allocated to maintain efficiency and meet deadlines. Our experienced onsite foreman, Jeremy Gould, played a crucial role in overseeing every phase of installation, ensuring precision and quality control.
